A city being designed for the people building the future.
GENESIS CITY
Genesis City is a purpose-built city in Mexico, currently in concept and design. Modular laboratories, research and field stations, residency programs, shared scientific infrastructure, a university, and mission-based governance, built for the people advancing the world's most critical work in science, technology, and industry.
How the city is organized
The Districts
Genesis City is laid out around five districts, each built for a different part of life rather than mixing everything into one undifferentiated grid. Living stays separate from working, research stays close to but distinct from both, and culture and education have their own dedicated space instead of being an afterthought.
Homes and daily life
Living District
Houses and apartments where residents live, separate from where they work or research.
Offices and coworking space
Work District
Offices and coworking spaces for teams, ventures, and partners operating day to day.
Research for all six factions
Lab District
Laboratories built for all six factions, plus dedicated space for fast-moving science startups.
Across Every Stage of Education
Education District
Schools from early childhood through the university, educating residents at every age.
Art, history, and reflection
Cultural District
Museums, art galleries, and spaces for churches, worship, and quiet reflection.
Where residents unwind
Leisure District
Cinemas, malls, and everyday shopping, for the parts of life that are just for fun.

More than a workplace
Life in Genesis City
Genesis City is designed around the people living in it, not just the work they do. Housing, urban services, and community spaces are built alongside laboratories and research infrastructure, so residency here means a full life, not a long commute to one. The full residency experience, including housing, corporate leasing, and city services, is covered in depth on the Residency Program page.
